Trustify protects you from fake reviews

Trustify already uses various measures to prevent so-called “fake reviews”. For various reasons, it may happen that you receive a review that is not only critical or very negative, but unjustified or even in malicious intent.

If any of the following criteria apply, then you can report a review to Trustify:

• You assume that the rater was never a customer of yours
• You have received the same rating with the same content and from the same person twice (in short time)
• The review contains personal data
• The review is directed against you as a person
• The review is racist or contains other hate language
• The review makes targeted advertising for a competitor
• The review violates Trustify policies

How to report?

In your Trustify dashboard, you can click “Report” on an individual review. After that, you need to describe us as precisely as possible why this review should be removed by Trustify.

Trustify only removes reviews that clearly meet one of the above criteria and violate our policies. We will contact the reviewer if necessary.
